Bob Coles
Chief Operating Officer
Bob Coles has been proving his worth to Cornerstone – and to its Clients – since the year of its founding in 1987.
He has run several successful operations for Cornerstone before assuming his current role of chief operating officer.
Bob has been closely involved with the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) as vice-chair of its Ethics and Privacy Committee and a member of the board's Nominating Committee. As former chair of the CMA's Database and List Council, he helped develop the association's Guidelines for List and Data Transfer Practices. Bob is also a former member of the CMA's board of directors.
Bob is a graduate of Concordia University, holding a bachelor of commerce degree with a major in marketing.
