We reimburse fifty percent of tuition costs upon successful completion of pre-approved, job-related courses. In addition, we offer in-house staff development workshops that range from informal "lunch and learns" to more comprehensive courses designed to add or fine-tune skills.Employee Recognition
Cornerstone recognizes tenure with awards for five, ten, fifteen – and soon to be twenty – years of service. That we give out about twenty service awards each year attests to an unusually high retention rate. More than fifty percent of our employees have been with the company for three or more years.
