Affordable SEO Services	Successful search engine optimization requires exceptional skills and expertise that Cornerstone can provide. We analyze your current company website, and make recommendations for changes that will improve your results.
Alternative Media Brokerage	We find and recommend programs that target our Clients' best prospects so that they can insert their own advertising material. These include blow-ins, package insert programs, and ride-alongs.
Alternative Media Management	We manage alternative direct response media, letting you send your material with packages from other companies. We do this by sending out datacards and other promotional material to list brokers and other prospective buyers. We receive orders from brokers, solicit the approval of our list-owner Clients and coordinate the delivery of the advertising material. These include blow-ins, package insert programs, and ride-alongs.
Data Appending Services	For the most part our national database of households contains all elements of the mailing address (including telephone numbers). Our appending service merges this database with Clients' databases and helps to fill in any missing information (usually telephone numbers).
Database Design	Some larger organizations have a lot of customer data that they need organized so they can use it for analysis, planning and executing a direct marketing campaign. This organization includes database design (often referred to as data "architecture").
Data Cleansing	Data cleansing describes any service that corrects a Client's database, performing such practices as verification, National Change of Address (NCOA), appending and internal duplication elimination.
Data Verification	Because we have a national, monthly updated database of households, we can help our Clients verify the names and addresses in their less frequently updated databases. Those that don't match can be updated. (See National List of Canadian Households.)
Donation Processing	We provide a turnkey donation processing solution for fundraisers. This includes receiving and processing mailed and online donations, banking the donation, updating the donor database and issuing receipts.
Do Not Call Management Solutions	We take the risk out of your telemarketing campaigns by providing a partner who understands what's required and can deliver the solution and services to meet your specific DNCL needs - at a price you can afford.
E-mail Deployment	Our e-mail broadcasting tool lets us send the same creative piece to large batches of e-mail addresses. This tool allows us to insert special tracking so we can report how many e-mails did not make it to the recipients, how many recipients opened the e-mail and, of those who opened the e-mail, how many clicked on any links.
E-mail List Brokerage	We find and recommend e-mail lists that target our Clients' best prospects. We also manage the campaign by coordinating and deploying the e-mail, as well as creating and presenting reports that track how many people received, opened and clicked on the e-mails.
E-mail List Management	We help companies generate additional revenue by managing their customer lists or compiled lists. We then receive orders from brokers, solicit the approval of our list-owner Clients and finally, coordinate and broadcast the e-mail.
eStore for Fundraisers	Our eStore module is unlike any off-the-shelf or competing solution: it offers our Clients and their donors a feature-rich website that is also amazingly easy to use. The solution is highly customizable, affording donors a consistent brand experience as they transition seamlessly from the main website to your eStore.
Fundraising Event Management	Our complete front-end solution lets participants register, create dynamic personal pages, and invite pledges with personalized e-mail confirmations and notifications.
Inbound Telemarketing for Donors	We place and receive telephone calls to and from the donors of our fundraising Clients. Our outbound role generally consists of thanking people for their donation. Our inbound role is to answer donor inquiries by referring to the databases we manage.
Inbound Telemarketing for Subscribers	We receive telephone inquiries from current and prospective subscribers to our Clients' magazines.
Info-direct™	We are the exclusive licensee for Info-direct™, a data product that combines the databases of all large Canadian telephone and telephone directory companies. Because it is updated monthly it is the single largest and most comprehensive national list of consumers and businesses available.
Info-direct™ ONLINE	The online version of Info-direct™ – www.infodirect.ca – was developed as a way to look up records using any part of a consumer or business name or address.
Info-direct™ EnhanceScan	In order to provide comprehensive coverage for those listings that may not otherwise be available, we also can provide millions of additional records with incremental scanned listings.
List Management	We help companies generate additional revenue by managing their customer lists or compiled lists. List Brokerage	We recommend and find mailing lists and alternative media that target our Clients' best prospects. To do this, we keep and update a library of list datacards that provide costs and counts.
Merge Purge	When direct mailers merge multiple lists for a mailing campaign, they need to be able to purge duplicate records. They may also want to identify current customers to avoid sending new offers. The merge purge process also serves to sort names and addresses so that Canada Post can reduce its postage rates and most efficiently deliver the mail.
National Change of Address (NCOA)	Canada Post keeps a record of all the change-of-address cards it receives. We license this database so we can identify people who have moved and update their record with a new address. We usually run the NCOA process when performing a merge purge.
Online Donation Processing	We build and host online donation forms that let visitors to Client websites make donations. Visitors typically can make a general donation, an in-honour donation, an in-memory donation or a monthly donation.
Online Subscription Fulfillment Services	We build online forms for new and renewing subscribers. These forms feed data into our main fulfillment system and accept payments using e-commerce processes.
Online Subscriber Customer Care	We build and host online forms that allow subscribers to interact with their own information for the purpose of editing their addresses, renewing their subscriptions or making payments.
Pay Per Click Advertising	Our unique search engine advertising (pay-per-click advertising) services put your message in front of your prospects right when they're most likely to buy.
Prospecting Database Design	We build databases for large direct marketers who perform prospecting campaigns so frequently that it makes sense to maintain a large database (constantly updating it with new lists and historical information).
